The Tsahim Urtuu Holboo NGO is pleased to announce the Tsahim Urtuu Scholarship programme for the 2009-2013 academic years. The full undergraduate scholarship is to be awarded to a distinguished high school graduate of Hazara heritage, defined as an individual of ethnic Mongol origin, who has permanent residency in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to pursue studies at the prestigious National University of Mongolia in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Two scholarships are available and each scholarship is a 5-academic-year programme including 1 year of Mongolian as a second language course
